Our aim is to deliver the parcel to our valued customer at our earliest. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you for order verification. Orders will be processed after verification from the customer. For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider before opening the package. All our domestic clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.

Local Orders 

Standard Delivery Timelines:

Our standard delivery timeline for Karachi is 2 to 3 business days.
Our standard delivery timeline for rest of Pakistan is 3 to 4 business days.

Delivery Charges: 

Free shipping Nationwide on all orders above PKR 1,499. Charges of below PKR 1,499 orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment.

International Orders

Standard Delivery Timeline:

For international orders, our standard delivery timeline is 10 to 12 business days. 

Delivery Charges:

Our international orders are delivered through DHL express and take 10 to 12 working days to be delivered. There are no shipping charges for orders above USD 99. Shipping charges for orders below USD 99 are displayed on the checkout page.

Custom Duty Charges for International Orders:

We offer free shipping for orders above USD 99. However, custom duties and other taxes are charged by the customs department and have to be borne by the customer. Moreover these charges vary country to country depending on weight/volume of parcel.
